Water & Gas Worx charges $155+GST for the first hour (door fee / callout) and $100+GST per hour after that, billed in 15-minute blocks at $25+GST. After-hours, weekend and public holiday rates are quoted on the call. All pricing is fixed and confirmed upfront before any work starts.

Yes — the price shown is the fixed installed price for a standard installation in a standard scenario. If we arrive and find non-standard conditions (eg. additional pipework, hidden damage, access issues), we will explain and quote the variation before doing extra work. No surprise charges.
For most small jobs we ask that someone over 18 is on site so we can confirm the scope, run any pressure tests and walk you through the finished job. If you cannot be home we can usually arrange access through a property manager, neighbour or lockbox.
