Sometimes, yes. We minimise damage where possible and always leave things tidy. For under-slab work, we may reroute pipes through the ceiling to avoid breaking concrete.
We use copper and PEX depending on the application. Both are approved under NZ plumbing standards and far more reliable than old polybutylene or galvanised steel.
